Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ): Re-signed computing power service agreement, corresponding total contract amount increased to 3.357 billion yuan

Zhito Finance APP News: Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) announced that recently, after negotiation, the VB customer and Shenzhen Xingyun re-signed the "Computing Power Service Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement," and terminated the original contract. The new contract provides for adjustments to the computing power service fee and Token revenue sharing, with the service term unchanged. The corresponding total contract amount has increased to 3.357 billion yuan, up about 9.96% from the amount stipulated in the original contract, and an increase of 231.13% from the initial contract amount of 1.014 billion yuan.
