Zhitong Finance APP News, Chongqing Gas (600917.SH) announced that its shareholder, Agricultural Bank of China Limited Chongqing Branch (referred to as "ABC Chongqing Branch"), due to operational needs, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trades within 90 calendar days after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from November 4, 2026 to February 1, 2027), with the total number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 16.5469 million shares, i.e., not exceeding 1.06% of the company's total share capital.
