On October 12, 2026, Sinochem Fuling entered into an EPC general contracting contract with China Blue Lianhai and Zhejiang Tuohai, pursuant to which Sinochem Fuling has engaged China Blue Lianhai and Zhejiang Tuohai to undertake the construction drawing design, equipment and material procurement, engineering construction, and related work for the phosphate rock flotation technical transformation project, with a total contract consideration of RMB 7.055 million.
