Zhito Finance APP has learned that the latest data from the Research Department of mReferral Mortgage Brokerage Services and The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited show that in September this year, the number and amount of newly approved mortgage insurance scheme loans in Hong Kong were 718 cases and HKD 3.825 billion, respectively, down 8.2% and 7.2% month-on-month, falling for 3 consecutive months; the number of cases hit a new low in more than 10 years, while the amount hit a new low in more than 7.5 years.
