The sole sponsor is Orient Securities International, and this move aims to make it the "first industrial embodied intelligence stock." It is worth noting, however, that the position of the company's founder, Pan Zhengyi, is not chairman or CEO, but chief operating officer and executive director. The company's board chairman, executive director, general manager, and chief executive officer is Zhang Zhiqi.
