Maximum loan amount up to 1.8 million yuan: New policy for provincial government housing provident fund in Henan is here.

On October 10, the Housing Fund Management Center for Provincial Government Agencies of Henan Province issued a notice to optimize and adjust its housing provident fund policy. It explicitly raises the loan limit for ordinary families. For contributing employee families purchasing self-occupied housing within the Zhengzhou municipal area, the maximum housing provident fund loan amount is adjusted from 1.2 million yuan to 1.3 million yuan. For contributing employee families raising two or more children, with at least one minor child, purchasing self-occupied housing within the Zhengzhou municipal area, the maximum housing provident fund loan amount is adjusted from 1.44 million yuan to 1.56 million yuan. The maximum housing provident fund loan amount for high-level talents is 1.8 million yuan. On the basis of combined loans for commercial housing and existing housing, a new commercial-to-provident-fund combined loan business is added to further broaden the financing channels for employees purchasing homes. In addition, the scope of withdrawals is broadened. New withdrawal businesses are added for housing ancillary costs and for deed tax on home purchases, among others.
