The United States has initiated a Section 337 investigation into several Chinese companies, including Luxshare Precision and Foxconn.

On October 9, 2026, U.S. Eastern Time, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued a notice formally initiating a Section 337 investigation into "Certain Vertical Power Delivery Systems, Components Thereof, and Computing Systems Containing the Same." A number of Chinese companies have been named as respondents: Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., Dongguan Luxshare Technology Co., Ltd., Foxconn Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., Ingrasys Technology Inc., FII USA, Ingrasys Technology USA, Delta Electronics, Inc., Delta Electronics, DET Logistics, Quanta Computer Inc., Quanta Cloud Technology Inc., Quanta Cloud Technology USA, Quanta Computer USA, Inc., Chengdu Monolithic Power Systems Co., Ltd., Monolithic Power Information Consulting Co., Ltd., Monolithic Power Systems, Infineon, Flex, and Celestica.
