Qichacha APP shows that recently, Beijing Moonshot Technology Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial registration changes, with its registered capital increasing from 11.5753 million yuan to 14.3723 million yuan. Since the beginning of this year, Moonshot has increased its capital multiple times. Qichacha shows that Moonshot was established in April 2023, with Yang Zhilin as its legal representative, and is currently jointly held by Yang Zhilin, Shenzhen Harmony Growth Phase III Technology Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership, Zhou Xinyu, and others.
