Zhitong Finance APP News, Yide Investment Holdings (06182.HK) announced that, with effect from October 9, 2026, Mr. Cai Zhihui (Mr. Cai) has resigned as an executive director, and Mr. Lv Zhenbang (Mr. Lv) has resigned as a non-executive director, an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (Authorized Representative), and an authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), due to their personal commitments to other business endeavors; Ms. Feng Bimei has been appointed as the Authorized Representative; and Mr. Wu Hailiang has been appointed as the Process Agent.
