Longbai Group: Final transaction document signing date for overseas mineral sands project extended to October 31

LB Group announced that the company previously signed a letter of intent with its associate company Image Resources to invest in and acquire approximately 80% interest in the Durack and Yandanooka mineral sands projects held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, with the final transaction documents originally agreed to be signed by October 7, 2026. Now both parties have signed an amendment agreement to extend the final document signing date to October 31, 2026, with all other terms unchanged. The final document signing date may be further extended by written agreement between both parties.
