The "Compensation Agreement for the Recovery of State-owned Construction Land Use Right of 98.85 mu of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd." that the company intends to sign with the People's Government of Fengquan District, Xinxiang City is the first-phase compensation agreement, and the first-phase compensation amount for the land and above-ground attachments totals 51.2334 million yuan. Subsequently, relevant agreements will be signed separately based on demolition progress, asset disposal, and acceptance inspection, among other conditions. The compensation scope, amount, and payment arrangements involved in subsequent agreements shall be subject to the agreements signed at that time.
