Zhito Finance APP News, Plus Group Holdings (02486.HK) announced that on October 8, 2026, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Plus Shanghai entered into the equity transfer agreements with Ms. Wu Yunqiu, pursuant to which Plus Shanghai conditionally agreed to acquire, and Ms. Wu Yunqiu conditionally agreed to sell, 40.0% equity interest in Shanghai Subide and 40.0% equity interest in Shanghai Suditong, for a cash consideration of RMB21.64 million and RMB19.24 million, respectively.
