In 2026, the special treasury bonds for capital injection into central financial institutions were issued today.

According to the relevant arrangements recently announced by the Ministry of Finance, on October 8, the first tender for the 2026 special treasury bonds for capital injection into central financial institutions will be held. It is reported that this issue of treasury bonds is a 5-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bond, with a total competitive tender face value of 150 billion yuan, and the coupon rate of the treasury bonds will be determined through competitive tender. Distribution will take place from the end of the tender to October 9, 2026, and the bonds will be listed for trading starting October 13. According to another arrangement, a tender for the issuance of 7-year special treasury bonds for capital injection into central financial institutions will also be held on November 18.
