From January to September 2026, Greentown Group achieved contracted sales area of approximately 2.62 million square meters and contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 81.7 billion; of which the attributable amount to Greentown Group was approximately RMB 55.2 billion. As of September 30, 2026, there was additionally an accumulated amount of approximately RMB 1.9 billion under signed subscription agreements that had not yet been converted into sales contracts, of which the attributable amount to Greentown Group was approximately RMB 1.3 billion.
