ANTA Group announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a 29.06% equity stake in PUMA SE, the company behind the sports brand PUMA, for a cash consideration of EUR 1.5055 billion, and has obtained approval from all relevant regulatory authorities and satisfied customary closing conditions. ANTA Group has officially become the largest shareholder of PUMA.
