COSCO Shipping Holdings announced that the company has completed its A-share share repurchase, actually repurchasing 50,017,500 shares, accounting for 0.3276% of the total share capital, with a repurchase amount of 755 million yuan and a repurchase price range of 13.69 yuan per share to 16.42 yuan per share. The company will cancel the repurchased shares on October 8, and after the cancellation, the total number of A shares will be reduced to 12.507 billion shares.
