Singapore data center operator DayOne (DODC.US) applies for a U.S. listing, valuation could surge toward $20 billion.

Zhito Finance APP has learned that Singapore-headquartered data center operator DayOne Data Centers submitted an F-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, seeking an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "DODC." DayOne plans to use the IPO proceeds to develop and build new data center projects, as well as for working capital and other general corporate purposes. DayOne has not yet disclosed the size of the offering, though it was previously reported that the company plans to raise up to $5 billion, with a potential valuation of up to $20 billion.
