From "Single-Point Network Construction" to "Systematic Networking": How Can Six-Network Synergy Unleash a Multiplier Effect?
This round of "six networks" construction has taken "collaborative interconnection" as its core orientation from the top-level design stage. In essence, it represents a shift from "building individual networks" to "systematic networking"connecting the demands of the water network, new-type power grid, computing network, next-generation communication network, urban underground pipeline network, and logistics network, and sharing resources, so that investment transforms from "the simple sum of individual networks" into "a multiplier effect across the entire system," amplifying the overall efficiency of infrastructure. Collaborative results are already emerging in many fields. In the energy-computing sector, the new-type power grid and the computing network empower each other bidirectionally: computing centers connect to green electricity direct-supply projects to reduce energy costs, while computing platforms in turn provide intelligent peak-shaving services for the power grid, with green electricity consumption rates rising by more than 15% in some pilot areas. In the urban operations sector, the next-generation communication network has installed "digital nerves" into urban underground pipeline networks, enabling real-time monitoring of pipeline conditions, which, combined with the scheduling capabilities of the logistics network, has improved the efficiency of urban pipeline operation and maintenance and terminal materials distribution by nearly 20%. In the water conservancy sector, the water network links with the power grid and computing network to achieve intelligent water resource scheduling and coordinated hydroelectric power generation, strengthening both water supply security and clean energy output efficiency. From the production end to the livelihood end, the collaboration of the six networks is weaving scattered infrastructure into a single unified force.
