Zhitong Finance APP News, Greatview Aseptic Packaging (00468.HK) announced that on October 2, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the Stock Exchange's Listing Committee has decided to cancel the listing status of the shares under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, on the grounds that the Listing Committee considered that the Company had not fulfilled all resumption guidance by August 18, 2026 and had not resumed trading in the shares on the Stock Exchange. In particular, under the resumption guidance, the Stock Exchange considered that the Company failed to restore the minimum public float required under Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the Listing Rules (Resumption Guidance 1), conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that adequate internal controls and procedures are in place (Resumption Guidance 5), and announce all material information to the market (Resumption Guidance 7).
