Fitch: Affirms Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016.HK) 'A' Long-Term Issuer Rating, Outlook Revised to 'Positive'

On October 2, Fitch upgraded the outlook on the long-term issuer default rating (IDR) of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited ("Sun Hung Kai Properties," 00016.HK) from stable to positive, and affirmed its long-term issuer default rating at "A" and its short-term issuer default rating at "F1." Fitch also affirmed Sun Hung Kai Properties' senior unsecured rating at "A," and affirmed the rating of the US$10 billion medium-term note program issued by its subsidiary Sun Hung Kai Properties (Capital Market) Ltd. at "A."
