Quam Plus Financial (00952.HK) subsidiary enters into a financing agreement

Zhitong Finance APP news, Quam Plus Financial (00952.HK) announced that on October 5, 2026, the company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary Quam Plus Finance entered into a facility agreement with the borrower Zhongxian Intelligent Qijia Holdings Limited, pursuant to which Quam Plus Finance agreed, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the facility agreement, to provide financing to the borrower during the loan term, with the total financing amount equal to the commitment amount. The financing will be secured by, among other things, collateral. The commitment amount is HK$46.8 million.
