Preliminary results of Latvia's parliamentary elections show the current government coalition leading.

Latvia's Central Election Commission released preliminary vote counts in the early hours of the 4th local time, showing that with about 77.6% of ballots counted, the ruling coalition "United List," to which Prime Minister Karins belongs, leads other contenders by a wide margin with about 35.8% of the vote.
