Late Friday in New York, the Bloomberg Grain Subindex fell 0.48% to 32.9219 points, posting a cumulative weekly decline of 4.01% as it continued to trend lower overall, with a brief plunge on September 30 when the U.S. Department of Agriculture released its report. This week, CBOT corn futures fell 5.87% cumulatively to $4.9725 per bushel. CBOT wheat futures fell 2.88% cumulatively to $6.83 per bushel. CBOT soybean futures fell 3.17% cumulatively to $12.7725 per bushel, soybean meal futures dropped 6.47%, and soybean oil futures rose 1.16%.
