China Silver Technology (00515) intends to delay the publication of its 2025-26 interim results.

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Silver Technology (00515) issued an announcement that due to further delay in the publication of the full-year results for 2024-25, the results announcement for the six months ended December 31, 2025 (2025-26 interim results) (including the opening balances) cannot be finalized. Therefore, the Company is unable to publish the 2025-26 interim results by the end of February 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.49(6) of the Listing Rules, nor is it able to send the interim report for the six months ended December 31, 2025 (2025-26 interim report) by the end of March 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules. The Company will make a further announcement in due course regarding the 2025-26 interim results and the 2025-26 interim report (including the expected dates of publication and despatch).
