China's large model enters OpenAI's enterprise paid billing system for the first time, Kimi K3 connects to the Codex enterprise channel.

U.S. AI infrastructure company Baseten announced today a partnership with OpenAI, becoming one of the first open-source model inference service providers in the OpenAI B2B marketplace. Enterprise users can use open-source models such as Kimi K3 and GLM 5.3 through Codex, marking the first time Chinese open-source models have entered OpenAI's enterprise procurement system.
