China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) enters into a sale and leaseback agreement with China Xiongan Group Urban Development Investment

Zhito Finance APP News: China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) announced that on September 29, 2026, Chengtong Financial Leasing (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessee China Xiong'an Group Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd., pursuant to which Chengtong Financial Leasing will purchase the leased assets from the lessee and lease the leased assets back to the lessee for a lease term of five years, subject to early termination in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement.
