JinkoSolar: Ouhao Group's shareholding increase plan adds Haoxin Keda, plans to increase holdings by no less than 100 million yuan.

Jingang Photovoltaic announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangdong Ouhao Group Co., Ltd., intends to add its wholly-owned subsidiary's subsidiary, Guangdong Haoxin Keda Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., as an additional entity for the share increase. Haoxin Keda is a person acting in concert with Ouhao Group and will jointly implement the share increase plan with Ouhao Group. The company's board of directors approved the relevant proposal on September 29, 2026, and it still needs to be submitted to the fourth extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2026 for review. The planned increase amount under this plan is no less than RMB 100 million, and the implementation period is within 6 months from the disclosure date of July 9, 2026.
