On September 29, 2026, the company issued 7,599,300 shares to participants (non-directors) under the 2014 post-listing equity incentive plan upon exercise of options granted to them or vesting of their restricted shares; issued 1,551,300 shares to participants (non-directors) under the 2024 equity incentive plan upon exercise of options granted to them or vesting of their restricted shares; and issued 320,000 shares to directors under the 2014 post-listing equity incentive plan upon vesting of their restricted shares.
