Frontier Biotech announced that RONGJIAN LU, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, reduced his holdings between August 7 and September 28, 2026, selling 2,217,963 shares through centralized bidding and 797,054 shares through block trades, for a total reduction of 3,015,017 shares. After this equity change, Lu Rongjian held 18,728,733 shares, with his stake in the company's total share capital decreasing from 5.8049% to 4.9999%, crossing the 1% and 5% integer multiples thresholds. This reduction plan has not yet been completed and remains in its implementation period.
