More than 30 million rural households have successfully signed contracts for the extension of second-round land contracts upon expiration.

China has steadily advanced the pilot program to extend land contracts for another 30 years after the expiration of the second round of land contracts. This work is being carried out as whole-province pilots in 29 provinces, and more than 30 million rural households have smoothly signed contract extension agreements.
