Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of the Shaanxi Blower High-end Equipment Industry Innovation Research Center, with an investment amount not exceeding RMB 673 million. The source of funds will be self-raised by the enterprise. The project construction site is located at No. 8 Fenghui South Road, High-tech Zone, Xi'an, with a total construction area of approximately 83,400 square meters and a construction period of 34 months. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the 30th meeting of the company's ninth board of directors and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. The project does not involve related-party transactions and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
