On September 29, FF's official WeChat account announced a strategic adjustment, upgrading overall into a Physical AI investment and incubation holding company, and merging its robotics business into the Nasdaq-listed company AIxC, with the ticker symbol changing from AIXC to FFR, effective at market open on September 30. Currently, the boards of directors of both FFAI and AIxC have approved the non-binding Term Sheet for the transaction. After the transaction is completed, FFAI will become the single largest controlling shareholder of FFR.
