Zhitong Finance APP News, Guosheng Securities (002670.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Guosheng Qianhai Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Investment") intends to prioritize the public listing method to dispose of its 12.5% equity stake in its associate company Ningbo Meihua Angel Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meihua Angel") at the Jiangxi Provincial Property Rights Exchange, with a listing price of RMB 149 million.
