CDB Leasing (01606.HK) enters into a finance lease contract for a hydropower station.

Zhito Finance APP News: China Development Bank Financial Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the Company, as lessor, entered into a finance lease contract with the lessee Guangxi Chongzuo Huiyuan Hydropower Co., Ltd. on September 28, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which the lessor purchased the leased assets from the lessee at a consideration of RMB 1.03 billion, and the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 300 months. The leased assets are a hydropower station located in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.
