China Carbon Neutrality (01372) issues profit warning, expects annual loss of approximately HK$160 million to HK$200 million.

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Carbon Neutrality (01372) has announced that the Group expects to record a loss of approximately HK$160 million to HK$200 million for the year ended June 30, 2026 (the current year), including a debt restructuring loss (a one-off non-operating item), while profit for the current year after excluding one-off non-operating items is expected to be approximately HK$2 million to HK$8 million. For the year ended June 30, 2025 (the prior year), the Company recorded a loss for the year of approximately HK$10.3 million, and a loss for the prior year of approximately HK$9.5 million after excluding goodwill impairment. The substantial increase in the Company's loss was mainly due to an increase of approximately HK$190 million in the debt restructuring loss, a one-off non-operating item.
