Wan Leader (08482.HK): Completion of Subscription of New Shares under Specific Mandate

Zhito Finance APP News, Wanlida (08482.HK) announced that all conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on September 28, 2026. A total of 44,921,900 subscription shares have been successfully allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.104 per subscription share, representing approximately 25% of the issued share capital of the Company immediately before completion, and approximately 20% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares.
