According to the policy requirements, for new cars applying for subsidies, both the invoice date of the unified motor vehicle sales invoice and the issue date of the motor vehicle registration certificate must fall between May 1, 2026, and the day when the additional funds are exhausted. Each consumer may apply for a subsidy only once, limited to one new passenger vehicle, and may not apply repeatedly.
