Russian Defense Ministry says it struck a Ukrainian naval base

The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement on the 27th saying that from late night on the 26th to the early hours of the 27th, Russian forces struck the headquarters of Ukraine's "Vostok" Naval Base, a Ukrainian State Border Guard Service base, four warehouses storing Ukrainian military equipment, and berthing facilities, among other targets, in the Ukrainian port of Kiliia. The statement said Russian forces continued to use drones to strike Ukrainian logistics centers, ports and transportation infrastructure, as well as communication centers and vessels serving the Ukrainian military. The statement said that a Vodafone data processing center in the city of Kyiv was struck; the center is one of the main service providers offering mobile communications, high-speed internet and intelligence data transmission for the Ukrainian military. Russian forces also struck a logistics center in Kyiv Oblast that stores and distributes Western military aid to Ukraine, as well as a military supply transport ship heading to the port of Odesa, among other targets.
