(000899.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire, through public listing, a 1% equity stake in its controlled subsidiary Jiangxi Ganneng Shanggao Power Generation Co., Ltd. ("Ganneng Shangdian") held by the minority shareholder China Power Engineering Consulting Group Central Southern Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a transaction price of RMB 18.2958 million. The company currently holds a 51% equity stake in Ganneng Shangdian. If the transaction is completed, the company's equity stake in Ganneng Shangdian will increase to 52%.
