Meta-linked data center junk bonds price at a premium amid red-hot demand

U.S. data center operator CleanSpark Inc.'s first high-yield bond (junk bond) linked to Meta Platforms Inc. drew subscription demand more than four times the issue size, as the attractive yield effectively lured investors. According to people familiar with the matter, asset management companies placed subscription orders of about $10 billion for the debt offering, which totaled nearly $2.28 billion.
