Accordingly, the company intends to acquire a total of 62.0611% equity interest in the target company in cash, with a total consideration of RMB 793 million. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will become the controlling shareholder of the target company, and the target company will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial data will be included in the scope of the group's consolidated financial statements.
