The China Securities Regulatory Commission plans to give rewards to "whistleblowers" for clues in 17 cases.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that, according to a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on September 18, the CSRC recently intends to, in accordance with the Securities Law and other relevant laws and regulations, grant rewards in accordance with the law to "whistleblowers" who provided leads in 17 cases. From September 18, 2026 to December 18, 2026, the "whistleblowers" in the 17 case leads may log on to the official website of China Securities Investor Protection Fund Corporation Limited and use the "whistleblower" reward column to complete reward claim registration. Those who fail to register and confirm as required within the deadline shall be deemed to have waived the reward. According to the Provisions on Reward Work for "Whistleblowers" of Securities and Futures Violations, if an anonymous "whistleblower" claims a reward, they must supplement and provide real-name information and "whistleblower" supporting materials as required; if the "whistleblower" is an internal insider, corresponding identity supporting materials shall be provided. If identity proof as an internal insider cannot be provided, the reward shall be handled as that for an ordinary "whistleblower." The CSRC shall strictly keep "whistleblower" information confidential in accordance with the law.
