The shares under the Stock Ownership Plan are sourced from Haitian Ruisheng A-share ordinary shares already repurchased in the company's special securities account for repurchases. After the Stock Ownership Plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, the company shares held in the company's special securities account for repurchases will be acquired through non-trading transfer or other methods permitted by laws and regulations.
