Zhitong Finance APP News, Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) announced that the issue size of the 2026 fourth tranche corporate bonds (the "2026 Fourth Tranche Corporate Bonds") of Guangzhou City Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (the "Issuer"), an indirect PRC subsidiary in which the Company holds 95% equity interest, will be no more than RMB2.1 billion.
