ULS Sharing (02649.HK) subsidiary enters into construction agreement for Lianyungang Angu Technology Green Low-Carbon Circular Packaging Industrial Park

Zhito Finance APP News: ULS Shared (02649.HK) announced that on September 17, 2026, the employer (Angu (Lianyungang) Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a construction agreement with the contractor (Jiangsu Dingxian Construction Co., Ltd.), pursuant to which the contractor agreed to provide construction services to the employer for the Lianyungang Angu Technology Green Low-Carbon Circular Packaging Industrial Park located in the Guannan Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The total contract amount is RMB 49.857 million.
