Zhito Finance APP News, Esprit Holdings (00330.HK) announced that, regarding the arbitration, on September 16, 2026, the Company received a statutory demand from a solicitor acting on behalf of the law firm under Section 327(4)(a)(i) of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong), demanding the Company to pay US$3,992,600 and HK$42,000. These amounts represent the outstanding sums as at the date of the statutory demand under the award as disclosed in the previous announcement.
