Zhitong Finance APP News, Keda Manufacturing (600499.SH) announced that, in order to advance the development strategy of its lithium battery materials business, improve the operating efficiency of the lithium battery materials segment, and achieve effective resource allocation, the company plans to use its own funds to acquire a total of 6.82% equity in its controlled subsidiary Fujian Keda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Keda New Energy") held by three minority shareholders: Chongqing Haitong Fenghe Energy Storage Industry Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xiamen ITG Industrial Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Gongqingcheng Shoujiantou Fenghe No. 1 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total transaction amount is RMB 168 million.
