Zhito Finance APP News, China Merchants Land (00978.HK) announced that on September 16, 2026, the Company received the executed text of a State-owned Land Use Right Recovery Agreement (Land Recovery Agreement) dated September 15, 2026, entered into by Foshan China Merchants Baohua Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Foshan Baohua), an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Foshan Nanhai District Land Reserve Center (Land Reserve Center) and the Foshan Nanhai District Guicheng Subdistrict Office (Guicheng Subdistrict Office) in respect of the recovery of a parcel of land. The land parcel is held by Foshan Baohua, is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, China, and covers an area of approximately 17,602.90 square meters.
