Zhito Finance APP news, Tianchang Group (02182.HK) announced that on September 16, 2026 (after trading hours), the Huizhou subsidiary (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) placed a purchase order with the seller to acquire the machinery (10 "JSW" brand magnesium alloy injection molding machines) at a total consideration of JPY 1.0906 billion (approximately HKD 54.5 million).
