Zhitong Finance APP News, Shanghai Yahong (603159.SH) announced that on September 16, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder Hainan Ningsheng Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Xie Yaming, Mr. Xie Yue, and Feike Investment signed a Share Transfer Agreement. According to the agreement, Ningsheng Group, Mr. Xie Yaming, and Mr. Xie Yue collectively intend to transfer 29.99% of the company's shares to Shanghai Feike Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Feike Investment") at a transfer price of RMB 21.43 per share, for a total transfer price of approximately RMB 900 million. After the completion of this agreement-based transfer, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Ningsheng Group to Feike Investment, and the actual controller will change from Mr. Sun Lin to Mr. Li Gaoteng. In addition, on the premise that the aforementioned agreement-based transfer is completed, Feike Investment intends to issue a partial tender offer for 10.21% of the company's shares at a price of RMB 21.43 per share. The company's shares will resume trading on September 17, 2026.
